My Favourite Wellness Resources of 2022

In 2022, I sent my weekly newsletter, Vic's Picks, every single Friday since the month of March.

Every Friday, I shared my favourite wellness-related resources: podcasts, recipes, books, products, ...

While I had so much fun sharing everything that I was personally using to up-level my own well-being, the newsletter will no longer fit my schedule in 2023. Like at the end of every year, I have done a lot of reflection on the past year and on the year to come. My priorities are crystal clear and I am actually quite proud of myself for acknowledging that, even if it is my tendency to want to, I can't do it all - or at least not at the same time.

So, no more Vic's Picks - or at least not for the next little while. BUT I always love to share my favourite resources on my Instagram account (@vivitheyogi) so you can follow me there!

In the meantime, I have gone back to read every single newsletter that I have sent since the month of March, and put together a list of my absolute favourite wellness resources of the year. These are resources that I have turned to over and over again throughout the year and that I know I will continue to use!
