A 12-week coaching program based primarily on Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness, to help women restore positive body image, free themselves from emotional eating and binge eating and create a peaceful & free relationship with food.

Hi, I'm Victoria

My story, like many others, starts in 2012 with a silly diet to look "good" for a boy (*sigh...*). What initially was supposed to be a quick diet turned into months of anorexia followed by years of suffering from binge-eating disorder. Stuck on the restriction-binge cycle, this was by far the darkest time of my life. And I felt such intense shame that not a single soul on this planet knew about what I was going through... 

I thought I would never get out of my eating disorder, but somewhere along the way, I was lucky enough to stumble across the one thing that would change my life forever: the practice of Yoga.

Through Yoga and meditation, I learned to reconnect to my body and to who I really was, at my core. I slowly re-established a  peaceful and safe relationship with my body and with food and I learned to finally love and respect myself unconditionally.

 

For over 6 years now, food has been a source of pleasure and sustenance, rather than one of anxiety and shame. The practice of Yoga has quite literally changed my life, so much so that I became a Yoga teacher and Holistic Nutrition Health Coach. It is my mission to help other women struggling with emotional eating, binge eating and compulsive eating to re-establish a peaceful relationship with their bodies and with food. The nourish. program is my life's work and it is a privilege for me to get to teach the modalities that have transformed the way that I relate to myself and to my body as a woman.

The nourish. program is a space for women to feel safe opening up about what they are working through and to create transformation. A space for them to let go of their shame. A space for growth & positive change.

HOW IT WORKS

nourish is a 12-week journey. Every week, you will move through various milestones, which are based on my personal style of Yoga, mindfulness and coaching, and which are designed to help you heal your relationship with your body and with food.

MILESTONE #1
Identity Work

Before we dive into the thick of the program, re-connect to who you truly are at your core: who are you other than how you perceive your body? Who are you other than your relationship with food?  

Also put in place a transformative daily ritual that will allow you to stay connected to the Real You for the entirety of this 12-week journey (and beyond!)

MILESTONE #2
Reconnect to Your Body

Get out of your head and into your body. Learn to tap into your body's inner wisdom, so that you never have to worry about what, when, and how much to eat again!

 

Learn and apply the foundations of mindful eating, so that meal-time can become a source of pleasure and sustenance, rather than one of anxiety and shame.

MILESTONE #3
Unconditional Self-Love

Start practicing real, profound, unconditional self-acceptance and self-love. Rid yourself of negative self-talk and re-wire your thought patterns to finally rid yourself of any feelings of guilt around food!

MILESTONE #4
Nourish: ON and OFF the plate

Reconnect to what nourishes your soul off the plate - think: spirituality, career, relationships, joy, creativity, ...

Learn to let go of emotional eating through a time-effective 5-step process, learn what to do Before, During, and After a binge, and start working towards a more intuitive way of eating!

MILESTONE #5
Create Lasting Change

Learn to recognise your triggers and how to work through them without having to turn to food. Get equipped with everything you'll need to keep deepening the work and to stay in the mindset of self-love. Clean the slate once and for all, so you can move forward with fresh, new and loving energy!

When you enroll in nourish, you'll receive a unique access login to 12 weeks of video modules based on the Milestones described above. Those video modules consist of Meditation practices, breath work, Yoga classes, and coaching talks.

Lifetime Access

 

Once you're in, you're in for life! You will keep your login to the online course forever so that you can dive back into the content any time you need a refresher or an extra boost of energy. 

Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions 

 

Every week, you and I will hop on a 50mn 1:1 Zoom call in order to dive into deeper reflective and introspective work, to answer any of your questions on the video modules, and to tailor the teachings to your unique experience and your unique needs. So many breakthroughs happen during the coaching sessions! You also get personalised "homework", session summaries as well as unlimited in-between session support via instant messaging! I will also be sending you well-being challenges every week!
