Meet Your Teacher
Hi, I'm Victoria - your new Yoga teacher! :)
In 2018, I took my first Yoga Teacher Training and it was one of the most profound experiences of my life. From then on, I never stopped learning. I trained and taught in the Mecca of Yoga, Los Angeles, trained under the amazing Sanjeev Bhanot, Brett Larkin, Ezgi Fisher and Gigi Snyder and overall accumulated close to a thousand hours of formal training. I am also a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (one of the largest nutrition schools in the world!) and am certified in Thaï Massage too. In case you couldn't tell: I am deeply passionate by anything remotely related to Yoga, health, spirituality and self-development in general.
In 2021 I decided to take the leap and to go full-time into teaching Yoga and coaching. Since then, I have been loving teaching private and group classes, corporate classes and Yoga retreats.

Why take private classes?
Private classes are amazing for so many reasons:
If you are a beginner, you will be able to learn the proper foundations of the poses and make sure that you develop good habits right from the start.
If you are a more advanced practitioner, taking private classes will allow you to make micro-adjustments to your practice to take it to the next level.
Private yoga classes are also great if you have specific needs: for example, if you are injured or recovering from injury, or if you want to work on something specific (like back pain, flexibility, developing strength, ...)
